Eventist Group has acquired Food by Dish for undisclosed terms in a deal to target further growth in the unique venue sector.
The new partnership is hoped will help Food by Dish drive sales by drawing on the business resources of Eventist Group, which consists of Best Parties Ever, Tapenade, Tobacco Dock Food and Arribar!.
Food by Dish founder Nick James will continue to front the company, which will remain in its Greenwich base.
