Vegan hummus and pita bar, Humpit Hummus is to open a fourth site in York, which will join sites in Leeds and Sheffield.
The Church Street site will serve up the brand's menu of hummus, falafel, salads, and hot and cold beverages.
Diners can choose from three sorts of meal: Hummus Bowl with whole chickpeas parsley, olive oil, Fresh Pita loaded with hummus, falafel, fresh salads, pickles, and sauces; and salad bowls can be customised with a choice of salads, hummus, and falafel.
Extra toppings and sides are also available - and for beverages there's a juice of the day or fresh lemonade.
Humpit Hummus won the Street Food category in the 2015 Virgin Foodpreneur awards, and has been named 'Britain's best street food startup'.
The company also secured an investment from a private fund, and owner Jonathan Phillips is now aiming to open six new restaurants in the next two years.
