A new Asian fusion restaurant, Shan Shui has opened at the designer outlet shopping centre, Bicester Village in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
Inspired by 1920s Shanghai, the restaurant’s décor features a myriad of textures, colours and textiles, which is a nod to city’s most glamorous era. The kitchen follows time-honoured recipes and works only with the freshest ingredients sourced locally.
The menu features a selection of Chinese culinary wonders along with popular South-East Asian favourites. It also boasts a range of bite-sized Dim Sum that are steamed fresh daily. Our dumplings and bao buns are presented in piping hot bamboo steamer baskets and are perfect for sharing.
There are also beer, wine, cocktails and mocktails, as well as a large selection of teas.
