The restaurant at luxury seaside destination, Roslin Beach Hotel in Southend-on-Sea, has been awarded a second AA Rosette as part of the AA culinary excellence scheme.
The hotel’s beautiful fine dining restaurant, with floor to ceiling windows providing panoramic beach views over Thorpe Bay, has proven it’s well worth visiting for more than just the incredible vistas.
Jacqueline Dallimore, Managing Director at Roslin Beach Hotel, said, “We are so thrilled to have received our second AA Rosette. This award is recognition for the entire team’s continued hard work, and I feel incredibly proud of what we have achieved.”
The huge accolade of a second AA Rosette is determined by high standards of flavour and attention to detail and Roslin Beach Hotel has hit the mark with its menu, showcasing fresh, local produce, and quality, seasonal ingredients.
From breakfast and lunch, through to afternoon tea and dinner, Roslin Beach Hotel caters to every occasion. Must-tries from the newly launched spring restaurant menu include seared yellowfin tuna with avocado, radish, pickled mooli and kombu dressing; and Essex saddle and crispy lamb breast with black garlic, Rosanna onion and turnip tops.
