Green Salmon Public Houses Ltd has acquired the former So Aromatic business in Sutton Coldfield, in the West Midlands, which will open under their Cock ‘N’ Bull, marking its second site.
Cock ‘N’ Bull, as the name implies, serves both burgers and chicken, using only locally sourced produce and also offers an extensive drinks offer.
Cock ‘N’ Bull’s primary site is located in Stourbridge, following its success, Green Salmon, headed up by Jason Green, previously Managing Director of Chiquito, and David Salmon, the former Managing Director of Frankie & Benny’s, intends to expand their Cock ‘N’ Bull concept further across the Midlands and North West.
The transaction was brokered by Andrew Whelan of leisure property specialist Fleurets, who commented, “It has been a delight to be a part of Jason and David’s, as well as Cock ‘N’ Bull’s, next step of the journey. Cock ‘N’ Bull is an incredibly exciting and design-led concept with terrific potential for expansion and I am very much assisting with further sites.”
