A new wine bar and cafe, Chez Maiss has secured a 1,200 sq ft unit in the Broadway Shopping Centre West, which is scheduled to open late April.
Chez Maiss will feature a wide selection of wines and host tasting events and experiences. Clientele will be able to use a top up card to try smaller quantities of the wines they are interested in before purchasing.
A rotating all-day menu of food will also be available. Diners can enjoy a variety of tasting platters, cheese boards and dishes inspired by cuisines around the world.
A resident mixologist has also developed a menu of original signature cocktails for the bar.
