Bill’s Restaurant and Bar has unveiled its third new look London restaurant for 2019 at Bill’s Baker Street. The restaurant reopens this Saturday, 15 June.
Whilst staying true to its roots, the restaurant has undergone a transformation with modern decor, luxurious velvet seating and decadent chandeliers.
Baker Street is an ideal central London destination and the perfect place to enjoy Bill’s range of cocktails after work or to catch up with friends. A new outdoor seating area will be a great place to watch the hustle and bustle of London and to rest weary feet after a long shopping trip in town.
Bill Collison, Founder of Bill’s, said, “Good quality food in a welcoming environment has always been at the core of Bill’s, which is why we felt a fresh new look for Baker Street was necessary. We are proud to create restaurants that are full of vibrant colour and vintage trinkets, many of which I have handpicked myself.
'I believe that the new look transcends all dining times which will only enhance our diners experience and showcase our vibrant food and drinks. So, join us for dinner when the restaurant comes alive, the lights are turned down and the candles flicker”.
Although the restaurant interiors have had a revamp, the food is still at the very core of every Bill’s restaurant, with the team recently enhancing their evening menus. The menu has always had a strong emphasis on vegetarian food and fresh produce which stems from founder Bill Collison’s days as a greengrocer and the basis of his first restaurant in Lewes.
They have introduced seasonal changes to their menus and new evening specials such as Steak and Rarebit Pie and Vegan Black Bean Chilli, and a new dinner set menu with 2 courses.
They have also improved their cocktail menu with drinks including a Coconut & Raspberry Daiquiri – Koko Kanu rum, raspberry syrup and lime juice and Apple & Elderflower Collins – Somerset apple Brandy, elderflower, cloudy apple juice, lemon and soda.
