Tom Sellers is to be joined by Michelin starred chefs when he relocates Michelin-starred Restaurant Story in Mayfair to Cornwall to create pop-up, Story by the Sea.
Michael O’Hare (pictured left), Chef Patron of renowned The Man Behind The Curtain in Leeds, will join Tom and his team on 24 August, while Whatley Manor’s Niall Keating (right) will make a guest appearance on 1 September.
Story by the Sea, will see Tom and his whole restaurant team move to Carbis Bay on the Cornish Coast, will run from 2 August to 14 September, partnering with creative ocean campaigners Parley to help remove a total of 50 metric tonnes of plastic from the oceans.
Story by the Sea will serve a unique five or six-course menu, inspired by the ocean and created using locally sourced Cornish ingredients in dishes designed to celebrate the spectacular nature of the sea, including the likes of Crab Tart, Lobster & Leek.
