Independent workplace catering specialist, Blue Apple Catering has been crowned the winner of Employer of the Year: The Standard (over 250 people) in The Investors in People Awards 2019.
The win cements the Wokingham-based group's claim as a global leader in how it supports its people to do their best work and go home feeling happier, healthier and stronger.
The company was formed in 1998 by Ruston Toms and Brian Allanson, both qualified chefs.
CEO Allanson commented, “This is a fantastic achievement that we are justifiably proud of, particularly as it recognises the hard work and dedication of our teams and their commitment to making the company an inclusive, respectful and fun place to work.
