Bristol's The Ethicurean is celebrating its 10th anniversary by opening a second restaurant at Trevibban Mill vineyard, near Padstow in Cornwall, in mid-March.
Established by Engin and Liz Mumcuoglu, Trevibban Mill is a working vineyard and winery located a stone’s throw from the picturesque harbour town of Padstow. At its centre is a striking contemporary building housing the winery and tasting room.
With magnificent views towards the St Issey Valley, the ‘Upper Deck’ of the building will become home to The Ethicurean at Trevibban Mill.
The new 80-cover restaurant will continue to champion vegetable-led cooking, whilst supporting Cornish fishmongers and pasture rearing farms local to the vineyard to create enticing daytime menus and refined evening tasting menus - to be paired with Trevibban Mill wines.
Wine tasting and guided tours of the vineyard and winery are available onsite, offering an extended experience to The Ethicurean diners. The venue will also host 120 cover weddings and events.
Bookings will open at the beginning of February, and sample menus will also be available to view from then.
