Supa Ya Ramen to pop up at Mortimer House

This January and February, Mortimer House in the heart of London's Fitzrovia will be hosting its first ever guest chef residency in the Kitchen Table, launching with Luke Findlay of Supa Ya Ramen.

For three weeks, Findlay will bring his popular ramen pop-up to Fitzrovia, set in Mortimer House’s home-style Kitchen Table.

Every Friday and Saturday night from Friday 31 January until Saturday 15 February, Supa Ya Ramen will be taking over the intimate 8-seater Kitchen Table; a home-inspired kitchen and dining space on the first floor of Mortimer House.

With a culinary background in some of London’s top restaurants, including Nopi and Berber & Q, Findlay’s ramen concept, Supa Ya Ramen, began life as a tiny pop-up in his home kitchen in Hackney, serving one choice of ramen to guests.

Following numerous sell-out supper-clubs and dinners, Findlay is bringing Supa Ya Ramen to the cosy surrounds of the Kitchen Table at Mortimer House.

On the menu, there will be a choice of three ramen bowls; Root Vegetable Olive Oil and Sea Salt with Celeriac chashu, Roast Chicken with Buttered Chilli Corn and Salt Beef with Iberico Pork Fat and Supa Ya Pickles.

This takeover follows a series of highly acclaimed guest chef residencies on the fifth floor, which included the likes of Elizabeth Haigh of Kaizen House, Oli Brown of Duck Duck Goose, ex-Hide head chef Luke Selby and Zoe Adjonyoh of Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen.
