Fleurets has been instructed by Joint LPA Fixed Charge Receivers James Liddiment and Paul Greenhalgh, c/o Duff & Phelps, to market two properties in Caernarfon, North Wales.
Plas Glynllifon Mansion in Llandwrog (pictured) is being marketed off a guide price of £2m, whilst Seiont Manor has a guide price of £1.5m.
Seiont Manor, situated at the foot of Mount Snowdon, was an 18th century farmstead. Until January 2020, it operated as a hotel, with 28 bedrooms.
The property boasts balconies on every room, a 40 foot indoor swimming pool, Llwyn y Brain restaurant and a conservatory brasserie, as well as the River Seiont flowing through the grounds; all set within 22 acres.
Plas Glynllifon is a Grade I listed building, previously belonging to Lord Newborough. Following a fire in 1836, the estate was rebuilt between 1836-48. The property is midway through a renovation, however has not yet been traded as a hotel and is in a state of disrepair.
