New Cocotte set for Fulham opening

Cocotte, the French farm-to-table rotisserie chain, is set to open a new London site in Parsons Green, Fulham.

The new eatery will join those in Shoreditch and Notting Hill, along with Deliveroo dark kitchens in Battersea and Islington.

The star of the menu is the rotisserie chicken, all of which are free-range and sourced from Evron, Pays de la Loire in France.

Chicken is marinated for 24 hours in a secret blend of herbs and spices, then slowly cooked and finished on the spit. They come as whole, half or quarter with homemade sauces such as Garlic mayo, Tarragon mustard, Cocotte’s gravy, and Truffle mayo.

There are also a wide range of salads like Aubergine’s Caviar - pureed aubergine, garlic, onion, peanuts, garnished with pomegranate, mixed seeds, coriander & a chilli dressing, and Kale & Roasted Pepper - kale, roasted pepper, pumpkin, sunflower & sesame seeds, walnuts & tahini dressing.

To marry with the food, there's a carefully curated French wine list, and cocktail list, for example White Tiger - Tanqueray gin, elderflower & lime juice, and Cocotte Old Fashioned - homemade infused rum & angostura.

There's a spritz range including: Cocotte’s - Belsazar rose, fresh grapefruit, sparkling wine & slim tonic water, and La Vie en Rose - sparkling wine, rose wine, pomegranate liquor & fresh mint.
