Sourced Market opens at £64m next gen Leeds service station

Branded food and beverage offer, Sourced Market has just launched at the £64m Leeds Skelton Lake Services, which opened in April.

Sourced Market is a collaboration of food and drink’s most exciting innovators. Inspired by farmers markets where artisan producers and fresh produce can be found together under one roof.

The new site serves up an all-day menu from breakfast pastries, bacon and Lorne sausage rolls, filled brioches, grab & go sandwiches and salads, and incredible artisan coffee.
Something new for Leeds is an onsite rotisserie chicken and made-to-order hot pasta – as well as a retail section where visitors can buy locally sourced flowers, teas, coffees, craft beer, spirits, biscuits, confectionery, and gift hampers.

Sourced Market's Managing Director, Scott Macdonald said on LinkedIn, 'We disrupted the travel hub space at St Pancras station 10 years ago, and I’m pretty sure we’ve done the same here for the road scene in Leeds, and well... beyond!'

As well as Sourced Market, the services offers: Starbucks, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Express, Harry Ramsden, LEON, Pasty Shop, Chopstix, Urban Express, Quicksilver, Spar, Texaco Fuel Filling Station & Ramada Hotel.

More brands are opening soon, including Nando’s, Upper Crust, and Mi Casa Buritos.
