Cocotte to open fourth London restaurant tomorrow

Farm-to-table rotisserie restaurant group, Cocotte has today announced the opening of its fourth site in Queens Park north-west London. The new restaurant will open for takeaway and dine-in from 2 December.

The Queens Park neighbourhood restaurant, on bustling Salusbury Road, joins Cocotte Notting Hill, Shoreditch, and Parsons Green, to serve a selection of Cocotte classics alongside some new creations from chef and co-founder Romain Bourrillon.

From the beginning of December guests will be welcomed to dine in at the 40-cover restaurant which has been thoughtful designed with the chic, welcoming interiors, plants and greenery that Cocotte is known and loved for.

Signature dishes will include Cocotte’s succulent free-range chickens, sourced direct from an independent farm in Evron, in the Loire Valley region of France which are marinated for 24 hours in a secret recipe of herbs and spices before being roasted to perfection on a traditional rotisserie spit. Diners can opt from a selection of sauces each created to pair perfectly with the free-range chicken.

Side dishes include a variety of homemade side salads such as Kale and roasted pepper with pumpkin and a walnut and tahini dressing and Quinoa tabbouleh with pomegranate, red onion, parsley, mint, chives and a lemony dressing and classic sides ranging from the healthy to the indulgent, such as Creamed spinach, Truffle mash, Roasted root veg and decadent Truffled mac’n’cheese.

Exclusive to the lunch menu, guests can devour on the favourite Cocotte Crispy Chicken Burger made with panko, onion and tomato relish and shredded lettuce mixed with black pepper and mayo all served in a soft brioche bun.

To accompany the a la carte and lunch menus, a range of expertly mixed cocktails, spritz, spirits and mixers will be available, while perusing the extensive French wine menu, taking guests on a journey through the interesting terroirs from Languedoc to the Loire Valley.

Cocotte’s unique brunch menu will be available on Saturday’s and Sunday’s, bringing their ‘buy one get one free’ drinks to Queens Park.

Dishes on offer will include Truffled croque monsieur with mac & cheese sauce and jambon ham and Cocotte’s take on Chicken and waffles made with a sweet chilli basted chicken thigh on freshly baked croissant waffles served with special sauce and topped with a fried egg.

Those with a sweet tooth can opt for freshly baked Croissant waffles served with Chantilly cream, Nutella and jam, or rum infused French toast with caramelised banana drizzled with caramel, Chantilly cream and fresh blueberries.

Cocotte’s delivery and collection offering will also be available at Queens Park, launching with a collaboration with Maison Sassy Cider. Exclusive to Deliveroo from 5pm on evenings and all day on weekends, guests can order either the Cocotte Dinner Box which includes a quarter chicken or Cocotte Wings Box with eight signature oven baked chicken wings.
