The UK’s largest holiday park operator, Parkdean Resorts, is marking its most successful ever season of Weekenders, with sold-out performances from top comedians and pop stars this weekend at its Sandford Holiday Park.
Across three nights, the Dorset park will host The Celebrity Weekender, starring award-winning stand-up comedian and TV star, Rob Beckett, multi-Platinum selling singer, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, and pop favourites, Atomic Kitten.
The Celebrity Weekender is one of eleven Weekenders organised by Parkdean Resorts this year, the biggest and most diverse programme of events the company has ever put on.
Other Weekenders include The Elvis Festival, the Great Yarmouth Soul Festival and the Family Darts Festival, and Parkdean plans to roll out more Weekenders across its estate in 2022. As part of a partnership with broadcasting giant ViacomCBS Networks UK, Parkdean will host MTV Music Weekends for over 18s, with Club MTV DJs, live music, and MTV specials such as the 80’s Revisited Exercise Class, and the Roller Disco.
