The Craft Guild of Chefs Awards are set to take place on Thursday 1st June 2023 at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.
The awards are a formal recognition of a young working chef’s culinary excellence. Prestigious for the chef, the Award is also a credit to their mentor and employer.
There will be 18 award categories ranging from young and apprentice chefs to pub and restaurant chefs, also recognising specialist sectors such as pastry chef, public sector chef and restaurant chef.
