This November, Bournemouth will welcome a new dining destination as The Ivy Collection opens its 42nd restaurant in the heart of the seaside town.
The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie promises to deliver its signature blend of exquisite food, exceptional service, and an all-day dining experience to both locals and visitors.
Situated near Bournemouth Square and just a short stroll from the town’s golden sands, The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie will offer a unique experience every day of the week. From early morning breakfasts to late-night cocktails, the restaurant will provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for up to 208 guests. For those looking to enjoy some British sunshine, the new outdoor terrace, accommodating 50 guests, will be the ideal spot for everything from special occasions to festive gatherings.
The menu at The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie will cater to every taste, featuring a diverse range of modern, seasonal dishes. Guests can savor classics such as Shepherd’s Pie and Blackened Cod, or discover new flavors with options like Artichoke and Sweet Potato Tagine. The thoughtfully curated drinks menu will offer expertly crafted cocktails, a selection of Champagne, and a variety of fine wines.
In addition to its exceptional dining experience, The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie will also make a positive impact on the local community by creating 120 new jobs in Bournemouth’s hospitality sector.
Leading this new venture will be General Manager Barnaby Harris-Reid, bringing his expertise from The Ivy Chichester, alongside Head Chef Romuald Richomme.
Laura Mills, Managing Director of The Ivy Collection, commented on the opening saying: “We’re excited to bring The Ivy experience to the stunning seaside town of Bournemouth. With it’s close-knit community and iconic coastal location, it makes for the perfect spot for our next restaurant. The team can’t wait to open the doors ahead of the festive season and delight Bournemouth residents with our unrivalled Ivy service and exceptional, seasonal dishes.”
