Black Sheep Coffee expands into Cambridgeshire with 7 site deal

Black Sheep Coffee is proud to announce that they have just signed a 7-store development agreement covering the county of Cambridgeshire.

The territory has been awarded to MJP Coffee Limited, operated by Tom and Laura McEwan who bring strong backgrounds in hospitality and multi-unit operations. The highly experienced duo will lead the rollout of Black Sheep Coffee across Cambridgeshire, introducing the brand’s distinctive Robusta coffee and bold energy to a mix of locations and store formats throughout the county.

The partnership will see sites open in both urban and commuter hot spots, with plans to develop stores across Cambridge and its surrounding areas. Each location will showcase Black Sheep Coffee’s signature offer - speciality-grade Robusta coffee, colourful matcha lattes, freshly made Norwegian waffles, and an all-day food menu designed to wake up the high street.

This is the latest signing to strengthen Black Sheep Coffee’s position as one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent coffee brands. Driven by a scalable franchise model and a community-first approach, the brand continues to attract experienced operators who share its ambition to shake up the high street and bring better coffee to more people.

Izzy Childs, EMEA Growth Director commented, “Cambridgeshire is an exciting market with huge potential, and we’re looking forward to seeing Tom and Laura bring the Black Sheep Coffee experience to life across the region.”
