Launching in the UK, luxury bakery chain, Roladin os set to open the world’s first ‘Donutelier’ concept in central London this month.
Founded in 1987 in Tel Aviv, Roladin is the brainchild of brothers Kobi Hakak and Avi Keinan and there are currently 98 stores across Israel.
The group's new store, Donutelier by Roladin, will be dedicated to the most luxurious doughnuts that London has ever seen, created with the finest ingredients. It will open in late January in the heart of London’s fashion district.
The new London destination store - inspired by the intricate craftsmanship of the world’s greatest fashion ateliers - will showcase each step of the intricate doughnut making and designing process.
Customers will be able to watch as the light and airy cloud dough puff up into fluffy golden doughnuts, before being skillfully decorated by Donutelier’s team of expert pastry chefs.
Along with a collection of doughnuts debuting exclusively in London, there will be signature doughnuts: Pistachio-filled with chantilly cream & marbled pistachio, topped with almond sable, pistachio nibs & dried raspberries; Dulcey Peanut Caramel with Dulcey fleur de sel ganache, peanuts, caramelised peanuts & caramel chantilly; and Pink Royal with wild berry cream topped with mini strawberry meringues, dried raspberries & raspberry chantilly cream.
Lining the back wall will be row upon row of doughnut boxes in varying pantones of pink and orange. To the right of the main space, visitors will be able to order from a selection of unique fine coffee blends and order the pastries to enjoy in-store or take away.

With the recent opening of the Elizabeth Line, visitors to Donutelier by Roladin can expect ‘doughnuts fit for a queen’, with Charing Cross Road and its immediate surroundings becoming the new epicentre of the West End.
