Liverpool One expands food and drink offerings following sales growth

Four new F&B venues are set to open this autumn at Liverpool One.

The four sites, offering Caribbean street food, Mexican cuisine, and soft drinks, will join existing outlets like Nando’s, Wagamama, and PizzaExpress.

The 13,600 sq ft of new F&B space comes as Liverpool One sees an 8.5% year-to-date rise in food and drink sales.

The 200-seat Brewski, opening in November, will focus on North American comfort food, while Caribbean-themed Jerk Junction will offer dishes like curried goat and jerk-loaded fries.

James Daly and Steven Stockton-King, directors at Brewski, said: “On the road to expansion, it is crucial that we cherry-pick locations with a stellar reputation that guarantee a dedicated and varied customer base. Liverpool One provides a strong foundation as we look to make our Liverpool debut, and we know this new restaurant is sure to be a successful one.”

Iced will serve iced matcha lattes, coolers, and smoothies, while Salon Madre, the sister venue to Liverpool’s Mexican restaurant Madre, will offer frozen, classic, and flavored Margaritas, along with Mexican street food in a tequila-themed pool hall featuring several private event spaces.

Rob Deacon, director of asset management at Liverpool One – Landsec, said: “A strong dining offer is fundamental to any successful mixed-use destination, and we are delivering a unique line-up that both responds to demand and keeps guests returning time and time again.”
