Iss Wins Four Contracts Worth £25m

ISS Facility Services - Education, a rapidly expanding division of the giant ISS, has won four multi-million pound catering contracts. The education contracts, worth £25m, are with The Colchester Institute, Slough Borough Council, York City Council and Merton Secondary Schools PFI.

The Colchester Institute contract sees ISS transform the catering operations, and the Slough Borough Council contract will provide outsourced catering to its Primary Schools. These sites will be served the Food For Life Bronze Menu, a scheme that aims to 'revolutionise' school meals.

ISS will deliver its Meal Soups and Bowl Food concepts to the six Merton Schools, and will supply York City Council 's 44 primary and four secondary schools with fully outsourced catering services, which were previously conducted by a local Direct Services Organisation (DSO).
