Healthy, Asian-inspired on-the-go chain, Itsu is planning to open between 10 and 15 new regional sites within the next year.
Reading will be the group's latest regional outlet - the 58th site - which is set to open on 28 August where diners can enjoy Itsu's ‘eat beautiful’ menu.
Dishes includes mixed sushi trays, hot rice pot dishes and a selection of ‘on a bed’ salads including salmon, duck, avocado and crab flavours. All of itsu’s dishes are freshly prepared daily and in-store.
In addition to the food menu, itsu Reading will also stock a variety of grocery products including chocolate covered rice cakes, wasabi peas and Metcalfe Skinny popcorn.
Itsu currently operates two restaurants in Chelsea and Notting Hill, and around 50 fast-casual stores across London, plus sites in Oxford, Brighton and Cambridge.
