Iberica opens in Victoria


Spanish restaurant group, Iberica has opened a new branch in Victoria SW1 taking its London portfolio to five, six in total with one site in Manchester.

The 142-cover restaurant also offers an al-fresco terrace which seats up to 42, and there are two private dining rooms to hire.

Created by the group’s executive chef, Michelin-starred Nacho Manzano, and group head chef Cesar García, the menu serves up dishes such as crispy suckling pig, serrano ham croquettes, and a mixed grill of pork cuts using prime Iberico meat from País de Quercus.

There is also a wide choice of cheeses and cured meats platters, as well as signature tapas to marry with sangria and Spanish wines.

The restaurant’s delicatessen offers artisan products and Spanish ingredients for diners to create their own dishes with.
