The Big Easy casual dining brand is to open an outlet in Canary Wharf on Wednesday, which comes complete with Rum Bar with 100 rums, an extensive cocktail menu and rum casks on tap.
The group's menu offers American-style barbecue meat dishes, as well as lobster, which is flown in from Nova Scotia three times a week.
The meat used comes from trusted butchers who prepare the finest cuts from carefully selected farmers. The steaks come from rare breed British Beef & USDA Prime and the pork is taken from selected cuts and include traditional breeds such as, Gloucester Old Spot, Saddleback and Large Black renowned for the quality and flavour of their meat.
The company operates two other London restaurants in Kings Road and Covent Garden.
