Beany Green overfunds on £300k mini-bond after just one day reaching £322,200.
The Aussie inspired company was established in 2012 and currently operates five central London locations, with a kiosk coming soon, and is projected to deliver £3m in sales in FY16 and increasing to £7m by FY20.
Last year sales grew by 188% to £1.7m on the back of 2 new sites and improved performance. The group is looking to open 2 additional sites in 2016.
