Unilever tea brand PG tips has launched a range of tea capsules compatible with Nespresso machines, among the first in the UK.
The range includes an entirely new blend – black tea, caramel and vanilla – that targets the festive period. The pods are available online through Amazon, Asda and Ocado.
Green tea pods and caffeine-free options of peppermint, and raspberry and apple, complete the new range.
PG Tips stated that the choice of teas reflected the current significant growth in the fruit, herbal and green tea sectors, while the capsules look set to give an added boost to the £105m capsuled beverage market.
