Goodman owned Burger & Lobster is set to open its tenth London site next Spring in a 4,429sq ft location on Holborn high street.
Opening in May, Burger & Lobster have signed a 15 year lease at the site which is formerly home to Shanghai Blues. Restaurant Property advised on the acquisition, the same company who secured Burger & Lobster's Cardiff restaurant which is its biggest venue.
Burger & Lobster opening its first site in London in 2011 with the idea to serve a lobster roll or a burger with sald and french fries for £20. One of its kind in London, there are now sites in the capital, Bath, Manchester and internationally in New York, Stockholm, Dubai and Kuwait.
