The Splendid Hospitality Group has acquired the New Ellington hotel in Leeds city centre for around £2.5m from RBS.
The newly developed hotel was put on the market in September and offers a bar and restaurant as well as meeting and conferencing facilities. The boutique-style hotel provides 34 en-suite bedrooms, alongside contemporary boardrooms and a popular bar called the ‘Gin Garden’
Including the acquisition, Splendid operates 18, which includes Hilton London Bankside which opened in November.
