Rosa’s Thai Cafe to open new outlet in May

Rosa’s Thai Cafe is to open a new restaurant on Gillingham Street, Victoria in London this May.

The Victoria site will feature the same as Rosa Thai Cafe’s current eateries in Spitalfields, Soho, Westfield Stratford, Carnaby, Chelsea and Angel.

Chef and co-founder of Rosa’s Thai Cafe, Saiphin Moore recently hosted the pop-up Laos Cafe by Saiphin at the site.

Like the other Rosa sites, the new restaurant will offer authentic Thai food with a contemporary twist, including fragrant curries, tasty stir-fries, healthy salads and warming soups.

For beverages, there will be Thai beer and bottled cocktails, such as Kaffir Lime & Mint Toreador, and Malt Banana Tree Old Fashioned, designed specifically to complement Thai dishes.

There will also be strong selection of aromatic loose-leaf teas from Comins Tea House that include Houjicha, Sencha karigane and a new addition to the collection, Lishan spring tea.

Rosa’s Thai Cafe announced in January that it has secured £1.8m in order to open three new branches.
