Casual Dining Group's subsidiary, Las Iguanas has opened a new restaurant today in Harrogate, with a Basingstoke site to launch on 25 April.
The two new openings will bring the Latin American-style chain's portfolio to 50 restaurants across the UK.
Both outlets will be serving the brand's new spring menu which includes sticky Havana Club & Jerk BBQ Glazed Pork Ribs, and Seabass in Lime & Achiote marinate on a bed of roast potato mash & chargrilled asparagus.
A vegan-friendly Mojito Jelly joins the desserts list, and seven new cocktails join the Happy Hour cocktail menu.
The company has also signed up to open a new site at the Marine Boardwalk, the first phase of the mixed-use West Quay Development at Brighton Marina, due to be completed in July.
