The latest dining experience is set to arrive tomorrow on the Fifth Floor at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge, London.
From the team behind Goodman Restaurants, Zelman Meats will be starting its residency Wednesday 3 August, bringing its signature naked and toasted oysters, hot chilli sauces and brilliant beef dishes to the heart of Knightsbridge.
Renowned for its fuss-free menu, Zelman Meats boasts top-notch beef, excellent wines and moreish cocktails. There’s a constant rotation of three choice meats, with cuts ranging from Chateaubriand and picanha to short ribs that are smoked on site for at least 12 hours.
There’s also a tempting assortment of sides including triple-cooked chips; black truffle and Parmesan chips; grilled Portobello mushrooms; and roasted cauliflower with paprika, cumin, hummus, black sesame and pomegranate.
