Tattu brothers plan new casual dining concept

The pair behind fine dining restaurant Tattu, in Manchester's Spinningfields, have revealed plans for a new casual dining concept in the city's Northern Quarter.

Brothers Adam and Drew Jones have put forward proposals to open a new concept, Show Me, in Newton Street. It will be situated on the ground floor and basement of Cheetwood House, with opening hours of 8am to 2.30am.

Adam Jones also co-owns gourmet hot dog and New York-style pizza bar, Dogs ‘n’ Dough in Cross Street, which opened in 2013.

The 94-cover Tattu, rumoured to have cost £2m, opened in May last year and serves Chinese cuisine and cocktails. Head chef Pedro Miranda previously worked at Michelin-starred restaurant Hakkasan.
