Red Dog Saloon to open in Nottingham next month

Red Dog Saloon is to open in Nottingham at the beginning of next month, and it will be the brand's the first restaurant beyond London, creating 50 jobs.

The diner will serve up fat ribs, wings 'n' tings, and burgers. Specialist smokers and hickory wood chips have been imported from the States to smoke the meat, which takes 18 hours.

The chefs at Red Dog Saloon steam 100% ground minced meat burgers with the buns to keep the food moist and full of flavour.

The new Nottingham eatery on Victoria Street will be open seven days a week.

Red Dog Saloon currently operates three London outlets in Soho, Hoxton and Clapham North. Owner Tom Brooke is planning to also open restaurants in Liverpool and Southampton later this year.
