Tapas Brindisa to relaunch Shoreditch restaurant


Spanish restaurant group Tapas Brindisa, is set to re-open its Tramontana tapas restaurant on 14th November.

The restaurant is relaunching with a new look and name, Tapas Brindisa Shoreditch, and will now specialise in Mediterranean and southern eastern Spanish cuisine inspired by the owners travels from Cádiz to Catalonia.

The 114 cover restaurant will feature a Barcelona styled curved bar from where customers can watch chefs in the open kitchen, as well as a heated courtyard to enjoy food outside.

Owner Monika Linton said, “I am so excited that we can bring a refreshed finish and improved space with revitalised menus inspired by Spain’s east coast to this restaurant.'

She added, 'The Brindisa Kitchens team are ready to welcome lovers of our food, old and new, and to continue to bring our Spanish soul to Shoreditch.“
