Premium restaurant group, Gusto to open its 16th eatery in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire in February 2017, creating 60 jobs.
Located on Bridgford Road in the heart of West Bridgford, Gusto is investing £1m to convert the former Monkey Tree restaurant into its signature and stylish brand.
The new Gusto will offer a classic and contemporary menu using fresh, carefully selected, simple ingredients to offer a wide choice of premium British and European dishes.
A lunch and brunch options will be available, plus a selection of unique specials with a family focused Children’s Menu served until 6pm.
There will also be a choice of more than 50 cocktails, and a comprehensive worldwide wine list.
