Honest Burgers to open 19th site in Chiswick

Honest Burgers is to open its 19th restaurant in London after acquiring a 2,000 sq ft site situated on West London's Chiswick High Road.

The new 75-cover restaurant, which was home to former steak restaurant, The Cabin, is set to open in March.

Honest Burgers serves up a simple burger menu inspired by great British produce, with sides of the brand's homemade rosemary chips, onion rings and BBQ chicken wings.

There is also a brunch menu, plus a children's menu with mini versions of adult dishes. For beverages, there are 'Tin Cup' cocktails along with a range of beer and cider.

Casey Phillips, partner at Shelley Sandzer who acted for Honest Burgers, commented, “We are thrilled to have secured this property for Honest Burgers. The size and configuration will suit them perfectly and the brand will thrive, benefitting from the affluent demographic and seven-day trade in Chiswick.”

Savills marketed the site on behalf of a private vendor. Chris Bickle, director in the licensed leisure team at Savills, said, “The Cabin is one of the High Road’s prime independently owned restaurant pitches and has been successfully operated by our client for six years. The sale demonstrates the continued demand from quality operators like Honest Burgers for affluent London suburbs.”
