Compass UK & Ireland, through its Medirest Signature services, has signed a contract to deliver catering services at a private London hospital.
Medirest Signature will provide catering services to patients, visitors and employees at the 128-bed Bupa Cromwell Hospital in London’s Kensington for the next five years. The 62 Medirest Signature employees will be working at the hospital to deliver premium services including a 24-hour patient dining offer.
At the new Wellspring restaurant, patients, visitors and employees will be able to choose from an extensive range of healthy food and drink options from various international cuisines. Hot and cold beverages will also be available at the Caffé Dallucci, Compass Group’s specialist café offer. A self-service micro-market, will also be launched at the site.
