Thai restaurant company Hot Pot is set to open its first UK restaurant in Wardour Street, London next month.
Hot Pot will open at the former Morden & Lea brasserie and will be located across two floors with booths, in addition to a private dining room.
Customers will be able to choose between four broths to which they can add ingredients including wagyu, marinated chicken, pork belly, seabass, king prawns and shrimp wontons, as well as a choice of unlimited sauces.
Hot Pot operates over 140 restaurants in Thailand and its head office is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
