The Ivy Collection, which operates London’s world famous celebrity haunt ,The Ivy, has revealed plans to open a new branch of the Ivy café in Birmingham.
The new eatery, which has not yet confirmed a location in Birmingham, is expected to offer a menu of Ivy classics.
The group, which celebrated its 100th birthday in December, currently operates three Ivy Café sites in London as well as five Ivy Grills and Brasseries.
The group is also planning to open two new Ivy Grills and Brasseries in Kent and Buckinghamshire.
