Nobu Hospitality is expected to open its first European hotel, the Nobu Hotel Shoreditch on Willow Street, London in Spring.
The 150 room hotel, developed by boutique hotel developer Meir Abutbul, will feature banqueting and meeting rooms and a state-of-the-art fitness facilities including gym, sauna rooms and wellness centre.
The hotel also includes a 240-cover restaurant with food and beverage menus developed uniquely for the hotel by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
The restaurant also includes a private dining room for up to 24 people and an outdoor courtyard with two terraces for up to 85 people.
Executive Chef Greg Seregi and Head Sushi Chef Teruya Noriyoshi will be running the Shoreditch resraurant and offer Nobu classics including Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno.
Nobu opened its first hotel in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace, and has a collection of hotels in the Americas, Middle East and Asia.
