£35m Refurb For Cambridge Uni Building

Cambridge University has launched the hunt for a project manager to oversee a £35m refurbishment of the 1970's Arup Building in the centre of the city.

The Arup Building is currently home to the Museum of Zoology, the Babbage lecture theatre and the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy. The Museum of Zoology is available for evening receptions and preferred caterers currently includes Bowes Cuisine.

The department plans to relocate in 2013 and the university is taking the opportunity to refurbish and upgrade the whole of the 15,000 sq metre Arup Building.
