Lauren Mcavoy from Principal Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow, has won Pastry Chef of the Year at The Scottish Hotel Awards, while Reception Supervisor, Courtney Early won Rising Star. Blythswood Square was also awarded a highly commended for City Hotel and Business Hotel of the Year.
