Major healthcare caterer and support services provider, Medirest has won a three year contract worth £1.9 million per year at South Bristol NHS Community Hospital.
As well as catering for patients, visitors and staff the group will provide support services such as: cleaning, logistics, security, linen and laundry, waste management and mail room services.
Medirest will introduce Steamplicity to the patient's menu, the firm's fresh, nutritious, steam cooked meals. Also, there will be a DeliMarché café for visitors and hospital staff serving Costa Coffee as well as a range of sandwiches, paninis, salads, jacket potatoes and pastries.
