A new 80-cover restaurant, Hello Darling is coming from MasterChef winner, Natalie Coleman on 2 May.
Situated just behind The Old Vic theatre in Waterloo, the new concept is described as a 'supper-club and a 'minds-&-mouth open cocktail bar'.
Coleman (seated centred), who won MasterChef in 2013, has teamed up with theatrical set designers, Darling and Edge, to create the lavish interiors, and Waterloo events space brand, The Vaults.

The food menu of small plates includes: Miso-glazed Tuna Carpaccio, wasabi, watermelon, radish, Slow-Braised Lamb with butterbean & nettle pesto, and Rhubarb & Frangipane Tart, spiced syrup, almonds, vanilla.
For beverages, there will be a 'botanical’ cocktail menu including Rosemary and Apricot Caipirinhas?, ?Jasmine Collins, and Honeysuckle Gin Fizzes.
