Rosas Thai Café founders to launch new concept

This summer, the founders of Rosa's Thai Café, Alex Moore and chef Saiphin Moore will be launching a new pan-Asian noodle concept in the London.

Hoh Sek Noodles will opens its doors at St Katharine’s Dock at the end of June offering grab-and-go options in the day, before becoming a restaurant for the evening.

The menu will serve up six varieties of noodles in authentic broths, named 'Saiphin’s Six', which will have Asian-wide influences but will mainly focus on Chinese flavours. These will come with more sides for the evening menu.

Replacing Slurp, the pair's original new concept plan, Hoh Sek will come under a new umbrella group, along with Lao Café in Covent Garden.

Rosa's Thai Café, which operates 15 sites across London, opened its latest outlet last week, its second beyond London, in Leeds, making a total of 17 sites.
