Honest Burgers London Bridge Tooley Street launches at 11:30am on Monday 10 June on Bermondsey Street, London SE1.
Situated in the arches under the new London Bridge Station, the new opening will mark Honest's 33rd site, following the launch of Manchester and Brighton earlier this year.
Continuing the brand's support for local suppliers at each site, the Tooley Street restaurant will serve three exclusive local specials:
> The Tooley St burger combines Honest beef with Crown & Queue Bermondsey nduja, taleggio cheese, parmesan mayo, tomato, rocket and pickles, all served with Honest's signature homemade rosemary chips.
> The Bermonsey Spritz makes for the ideal summer aperitif, combining Aperol with sauvignon blanc and Bermondsey Grapefruit, a fantastic, quinine-laced grapefruit tonic from Bermondsey Mixer Co. Guests can also go large with the sharing serve designed to be split between two.
> Honest has chosen three burger-friendly beers from their new London Bridge brewery neighbours Partizan: the Lemon and thyme saison goes brilliantly with Honest's rosemary chips, while Partizan's Pale Ale and IPA offer something for those seeking a more traditional brew.
