Benito's Hat seeks funding for expansion

Growing Mexican chain, Benito’s Hat is seeking investment to open three more restaurants by the end of 2013. The outlets offer a classic Mexican fayre, such as tacos and burritos, as well as salads and soups made to order using fresh, healthy ingredients.

In 2008, the brand launched its first outlet in London's Goodge Street with a second site in Covent Garden two years later. The third and fourth sites followed near Oxford Circus and at Kings Cross station. The total turnover for the group stands at £3m a year.
