Healthy eating fast casual chain, Farmer J has just opened its fourth branch in Finsbury, London EC2.
The company's new outlet will offer an all-day, grab-and-go menu, featuring the brand's bold and bright signature field trays from breakfast through to dinner.
Open from 7am, Redemption Roaster speciality coffees will kick things off for early risers and breakfast field trays will include poached eggs, flank steak and roasted vegetables; Vegan Shakshuka with grilled aubergine, mushroom, wilted spinach and tahini, or a choice of grab-and-go options from the counter including Seasonal Porridge; Coconut Granola Pots and of course their range of Avo’ on Toasts.
For lunch and dinner, guests can take their pick of Farmer J favourites to create their own field tray, with bases including Farmer’s field grains, brown rice or spinach, mains including Grilled Chermoula Chicken, Malaysian Meatballs and their new, Miso Tofu Cannelloni with sides such as Mac N Cheese, Whole Roasted Cauliflower, Roasted Sweet Potato or Purple Garden Salad.
Designed by Biasol, an award-winning interior design studio, the space will take it’s cue from Farmer J on King William St, featuring an abundance of vine plants and natural materials.
With seating inside as well as a large outdoor terrace decked with both heaters and umbrellas, guests will be able to dine al fresco throughout the year.
Farmer J Finsbury is open Mon - Fri - 7am - 10pm, and Sat - Sun - 10am - 7pm.
