Independent contract catering group, Blue Apple has appointed David Francis as Regional Operations Manager for London.
Francis joins the company from Lexington where he’d been for close to 10 years, managing numerous prestigious London contracts. Prior to that he had worked with the Director’s Table division of Sodexo and before that worked in the retail sector for John Lewis.
This new appointment further strengthens Blue Apple’s London team and part of Francis' remit is to work with the sales team to drive sales in the London region, with particular focus on hospitality.
Francis also brings with him years of mentoring experience and is especially passionate about developing young people. He is already working with the HR team, reviewing the company’s approach to their apprenticeship and graduate programmes. He has a wealth of experience and a solid track record in the region, and is excited to be embarking on a new challenge.
